Now at the front of a segment where it once barely registered, the Hyundai Elantra wears a stylish look and a full feature set that outshines stalwarts like the Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla. Now offered in sedan and five-door hatchback guises, the Elantra is a great example of how quickly South Korea has learned from Japanese automaker successes and rewritten their playbook.
